Says I have a 50% message return rate. I do not understand why because I have answered immediately.  I only have two so I remember them both.

I havent bought anything  and I did download my stats. Two messages.  I went back and double checked the one it says was more than 24 hrs was less than 24 hours

@LazyDogTreasureChest: You need to look at the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see exactly which threads Etsy thinks you answered late (remember the CSV file is in UTC and not your local time zone) during the three month Star Seller period. Were both of the messages the FIRST message of a NEW THREAD?

yes i did that  I responded less than 10 minutes later. It looks like it started a new thread.  buyer accidently bought something and i refunded money and canceled sale.  All less than 10 minutes later. This is the second issue I have had with this accidental sale affecting my stats.
