Star seller status

Hi, I have received all of my star seller badges but my number of orders is incorrect. It says you must have 5 orders but mine says I have 31 pending orders. I surpassed 5 orders months ago. Thanks in advance for the help!

When was your First Sale? Star Seller calculations only begin with your first sale, not when you opened your Shop. Your first Review is Sept 28. I suspect you have not passed the "3 Month from First Sale" Date and that is why your Orders are "Pending".

you need to have 5 orders in the last 3 months, and it has to be 90 days after your first sale.
