Star seller status reached, but total # of orders shows every single one pending. All are completed.

I have 31 total orders that have been completed, but they all show up as pending. This is holding me back from being star seller. How can I change this?

Assuming you are talking about the star seller page in shop manager yes? Has it been 90 days since your first sale? If not then that is probably why since you aren't eligible to be evaluated for the badge yet.

Messages, shipping, ratings, orders, and sales are calculated to determine Star Seller. In order to be evaluated, you need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale and comply with applicable policies, including our Seller Policy  and our Terms of Use ."

The orders metric will say pending until you reach 90 days from the date of your first sale.

Not sure when you opened your shop or when you got your first sale, but your first review was May 14th.  Assuming that review was left quickly by the buyer, that's barely a month - nowhere near the 90 days!

However, congratulations on 30+ sales in such a short period.
