Star seller status incorrect

• Hi, when checking my upcoming star seller status I noticed that there was an order that Etsy said I did not have processing time listed, even though the processing time was actually listed and I had shipped the item on time. Upon finding this I chatted with the help desk who confirmed that it was a known issue/bug that the engineering team was working on and assured me that it would be fixed, but today on May 1st I see that I’m not a star seller anymore. Has anyone else had this issue and has Etsy restored your star seller status?

@NoseToTail: "Has anyone else had this issue and has Etsy restored your star seller status?" This is a long reported sporadic issue. We have only see one report of the status being corrected, but even if Etsy fixes your order and the stats auto update they will not do so retroactively.
