My march stats suggest an order was missing a tracking number. The tracking number is clearly showing on the order. How does this get rectified? Thanks Harriet

was the tracking number added at the time you marked it as dispatched, and is it the tracking number, not a QR number
yes. I always add it at that
Was it sent Royal Mail as Etsy doesn't recognise RM tracking!!
PS. You must enter your shop location as your shop is currently excluded from search results if anyone clicks to UK only!

Thanks I’ll look at that. I use RM for everything and always add tracking number. Etsy seems to acknowledge the tracking numbers on all orders apart for one for some reason
