My shipping starts seem to be stuck on 91% even though I keep sending more and more items on time with tracking. It doesn’t seem to update
Hi
Etsy states " Sellers will be reviewed on the first of each month, and the review period for Star Seller will look at the last three months of data prior to the review date." - So have all items in the last 3 months been shipped on time? If they have at its not updated correctly you would need to contact Etsy support
@CrazyLittleStitchCo You can download the CSV file next to the shipping % on your dashboard. That will show you which orders Etsy is calculating.
I‘m not sure but I think it takes like 19 orders shipped with tracking to raise by 1%. (Or something like that.) There is a formula to calculate correctly. Maybe someone can chime in with that?
@SunnytyDE: It is 19 orders shipped on time with tracking for every 1 order shipped late or without tracking to be at 95%.
@CrazyLittleStitchCo: You need to check the applicable CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Keep in mind that dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone) and that an order might not be included until after the scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually marked it complete.
@BagmakerSupply Thank you for clarifying.
