I missed putting in a couple of numbers on one tracking number when I shipped, one time. Even though I am making sure that doesn’t happen again, my “shipping with tracking number” keeps going down! Even though I am putting in the tracking number every time…the percentage number is going BACKWARDS! Why?? I am including a tracking number..why doesn’t my percentage inprove?
Which shipping service do you use? The star seller bots recognize only a few, so if we use any unrecognizable shipping service, we get "no tracking" for the shipment, even when a tracking number is entered.
