Star seller sales quantity wrong

I am frequently a star seller; now I knew I might not be this month as I hand-delivered an item to a friend at a tournament we were both playing at - it seemed sensible to do so rather than risk it arriving late. However, today when I download my sales spreadsheet it only has two sales for the last three months which I know is wrong. I had nine sales over June, July and August, all sent by trackable means in time except for that one item. Who do I contact regarding this?

I have just realised that I was looking at the current period, however there are still two recent sales missing from the august stats, do these get included if Etsy update?

starseller is a flawed measurement tool at best for all kinds of statistical, algorthymic and human reasons. 

these large selling platforms serve the platform first, like a bank, seller last. Sellers respond to serving customers first as best as possible.

@ButterfliesAndBoxes  Star seller counts orders not sales. If someone bought more than 1 item then that equals 1 order. The last few days of the month are never counted.

@ButterfliesAndBoxes: Star Seller stats are in UTC (not your time zone) and sometimes an order is not counted until after its scheduled ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped. Plus it seems that Star Seller stats are only updated once per day.
