Star seller response rate

Hi,

I did not get my response rate badge even though it seems I responded to all messages within a day in March.

How can it be my response rate is just 90%

There is one message from Feb 28 that took 3 days. But I would assume this counts for February.

Can you shed some light on this?

Star Seller is calculated over a 3 month period, not one month.  The badges just awarded were for Jan, Feb, March.  

For every message you miss responding to within the 24 hr requirement, you need 19 others that you got right.

@EHarmonizers: "How can it be my response rate is just 90%" The answer is contained in the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service (previous period for April Star) where you can see which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late during the three month period used for the calculation.
