Star seller removed, custom order / digital items

Hello, i made an custom order for a customer and i didnt find anything for digital items so i picked art and 1 day delivery + free post. But now i lost my star seller badge for next month due to that i did not include any shipping label ( i sent a link over mail) how do we who sell digital goods choose when we are creating a custom order, and is it possible to get my badge back? I have 4.9 & ~97% on the other. Best regards Mårten

Made to order digital listing.

If you use physical it will count against you as that requires tracking and shipping.

You will need to let this one fade into the past.
