My response rating is now down to 35% when it should be 100%. Also my shipping is at 85% when I always ship within 2 days. I have written before but have gotten no response.
Download the CSV files to see where you are being rated down.
Did you respond to every message thread within 24 hours, regardless of the source or content, or send it to spam? Did you send every product with tracking?
Check to see where the problem is. The CSV will show about messages. Are your items in transit with tracking? You have 1 to 2 day shipping. Are you shipping within or after the 2 day shipping. Is the item accepted by USPS?
The data in the CSV file is often different than that on screen. I didn't get star seller status because the csv file says there were two separate messages from one customer on the same day and I only replied to one of them. I never saw and still cannot see that second message so I have no idea how to get this corretced. I have sent a lot of emails to support about this but they just say the csv file shows you didn't respond to a message. HOW CAN I RESPOND TO A MESSAGE I CANNOT SEE?????
