Last month my star seller delivery rating went down because one of my orders was incorrectly showing as having no processing time. I contacted Etsy and they said it was a known issue and eventually it was corrected. It’s happened again with 2 more of my orders and I’ve lost my star seller badge because of this error. I have received the same response from Etsy about it being a known issue but they haven’t corrected it and are not responding to my messages now. Has this happened to anyone else? And did you manage to resolve it?
@OutOfTheCanon: There have been quite a few threads about this in this forum and we have also fallen prey to this glitch. As best as we can determine Etsy has not adjusted the underlying data for anyone who has experienced this.
This has been a "known issue" for years now. It happened to me 2 plus years ago when Star Seller first started.
It's a "KNOWN FACT" that you cannot publish a listing on Etsy without the processing time. The system simply won't let you publish without it.

Thanks for your reply, Etsy did adjust my data after I contacted them the first this happened, so I hoped that as it cost me my star seller badge this month they’d do the same. I can see from the other threads that Etsy have been sending the exact same message about it being a known issue for ages now so I guess it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon.
This has also happened to me. I hope they will correct my star seller status.
And it also happened just now to me. The only way I can contact support is by Chat, but they don't respond to it. Can anyone create a Case at Support by email?

The chat customer service responded that they passed our chat conversation to the higher support team, and it will be handled by one of their specialists. They said to be patient because it might take a bit of time for them to reply to our email.
I'm in the same boat, and it currently costs me my star seller status: I ship all my orders in time with tracking, but some of them are not detected. I downloaded the file available in the Star Seller tab and compared everything: the tracking number is detected but the field "completed on time" is blank for some orders as well as the field with the date the orders were completed. I contacted Etsy about that but I see no correction happening yet. I really hope it will be corrected soon. The first time it happened, and at the time I had a ticket opened for that, was two months ago. I am bothered by that as it gives the impression that I might not ship on time when I do, as I'm working all the time and never ever shipped late in 5 years.
This is the exact same thing is happening to my account where my Star Seller status is being affected by a "no processing time" error; all listings on Etsy have a processing time... I contacted Etsy support and all they did was direct me to the Tech Issues link. I hope this is something they know about now and will fix this glitch that happened since their update.
Till today they did not respond to us by email. So I guess I have to ask about it again the chat person customer service or create a new Case.

This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time.

Why this is a Star Seller metric when you cannot publish a listing without a processing time is a mystery.
Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
