Star seller orders not calculated

I received an order last night that put my total orders at $302 and you aren’t acknowledging that order as part of the September sales. I would like a review

Etsy cuts of the star seller stats a day or two before then end of the month.

@GlassworksIdaho: Star Seller stats are in UTC (not your time zone) so what is September 30 to you may be October 1 to Etsy.

"I would like a review" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

You can't count on the last couple of days of a month to make or save star seller.  They have to have the time, because of the 24 hour message reply window.  Sale will be counted toward November's badge.

When it comes to Star Seller, Etsy doesn't do reviews or adjustments.  Sorry.
