Hello,
After coming back from vacation mode, I have 3 completed orders so far this month. All 3 had tracking info and show as delivered. My star seller section shows no orders shipped. I'm looking for some assistance with this issue and any advice or support is appreciated.

Hello @FarmbrookDesigns,
Please know that we determine what orders are included in the On-time shipping calculation by the order’s Ship By Date in UTC. If you shipped an order ahead of its ship-by-date, you can expect the order to be shown in your On-time shipping CSV once the ship-by-date has arrived.
Thank you very much!
Did you use Etsy labels?
I used pirate ship which automatically adds the tracking information into the order.
So your score for shipping and tracking shows 0%.
this is a copy and paste of what shows for shipping score
--%
of 0 eligible orders shipped on time with tracking or shipping label from Etsy
I do have processing times set up for 5-7 days for these orders. The tracking information was included and shown on the order.
The order was not shipped late, however may have shipped earlier than 5 days from the purchase date. It's my understanding that only late orders are counted against the star seller badge. Shipping early should not be an issue correct?
Are you sure your PS is properly integrated? I had it "deintegrate" a shop once but it did give a warning that that had happened? Just had to readd?
On PS check your settings>integrations.
Great question! I did have to reintegrate pirate ship to my Etsy account after turning my vacation mode off. I have just checked it again in pirate ship and it shows and Etsy is a source integration. Also pirate ship did push the tracking information to Etsy automatically for the orders in question. I did not have to add the tracking information manually.
Correct - I have my processing time set at 5 days but I always ship earlier than that and it still counts as a plus for my star seller.
To confirm the integration was completed prior to shipping theses items.
I have now received 5 orders, reaching the minimum number of orders under star seller, but to date I have shipped 3 orders. Is it possible that I'll need to have 5 orders shipped before any show as shipped under star seller?
@FarmbrookDesigns: Did you check the appropriate CSV file to see what Etsy thinks is wrong with the orders?
Thank you for your suggestion. I did spend some time figuring out how to download CSV files. Looking at them I do not see anything that is "wrong" with any of the orders. I do not understand what "appropriate" CSV file will show what Etsy doesn't like about an order. Could you explain in further detail?
@FarmbrookDesigns: You can download files for messages and for shipments, for both the current period and for the previous period. By *appropriate* I merely meant in this case the shipment file for the current period. For Star Seller both the "Had processing time?" and "Shipped on time?" columns must say 'yes' and the "Tracking/label date" column must a date to count positively.
I now understand that I should be able to download CSV files from the star seller categories Messages, and Shipments.
In the messages box there is an appropriate download link. In the Shipping Box there is no download link.
As stated previously the Shipping box shows as follows:
--% On time shipping.
0 eligible items shipped. (Thus no file to download. Its it not processing my shipped orders)
-- orders missing processing time
-- orders shipped late
-- orders missing tracking info
"Where’s my info?
I have shipped 3 orders. All have processing times of 5-7 days. All have been delivered.
I shipped within 3 days of receiving the orders.
Orders were shipped USPS in Pirate Ship, integrated with Etsy. And the tracking info was pushed to Etsy and shows in the orders.
All other aspects of the star seller seem to be function properly except for shipping
I appreciate the folks trying to help... I'm seeing on other posts that this star seller system is just not working as they hoped. After spending a day researching, reaching out for help I feel I may be a casualty!

Thank you so much for your reply. The planets have finally aligned and the Universe makes sense, at least for today! I appreciate your response and explanation. I can now see my shipping information coming into my star seller page as the ship by dates are reached.
Thanks again for your support!

What about when the buyer requests delayed shipping with a note in his order. We have a 48% on time shipping grade although actual grade should be close to 100%. How can this be corrected?
@GraciousPlentyFoods: Then you simply need to update the scheduled ship by date (prior to the current scheduled ship by date).
Thank you but not a clue how to change the ship by date. Some mention the three dots but doesn’t work for us on iPad, iPhone , iMac. No clear cut answer from Etsy support. On one of our orders buyer requests that we delay shipping until recipient returns from overseas in mid January 2023. Thanks anyway for your post. Hope to get clear instructions someday.
@GraciousPlentyFoods you would get a change of your ship by date by changing your processing times in your shipping profiles.
