Star seller not showing although I have qualified - technical issue support required

I sell digital downloads so always have got the 2 badges and star seller, this month I got both badges but did not get star seller, I contacted etsy and they said to post in here to report technical issues

Please can someone in etsy technical support fix this ( and fix the live chat too, I can not get a response on there either) please fix its just basic good manners etsy

We can't help with this.  You need to contact Etsy to ask them about it.

This forum is only for fellow sellers.  

A mod might see this and might forward but with all they have to do they may not see it.

Personally I am not fond of chat from what other sellers have reported.  If they told you to come here...well that is kind of passing the buck.

Etsy has directly said that they can not, and will not, adjust Star Seller metrics or retro actively award the Star, even when they are at fault.

It's all automatically run by bots.

They quite simply: Lied. They will do that when they do not have an answer and want to get rid of you.

That is a stretch on their part. There are forum admin who can sometimes foreword a dire issue but I don't think they see SS as a dire issue. Make sure you are looking at last month's stats not THIS month's stats which appear on your dashboard. Those are current running totals and if you had an issue 3 months back it is no longer counted on your current running total.

You DO have all the banners showing. Check your CSV to see if there is an error flag there for no tracking or something. Not that they will fix it but at least you will see what's going on.

I came here looking for an answer too, 2 months in a row and it won't award me my Shipping badge despite it having 100%.

I have no error flags, sold over minimum $ amount- hit all the goals- no star seller badge. SO annoying that they can't/won't fix their errors.
