As of Oct 1st we met all the requirements to be a star seller yet we are still showing up as "meeting standards". I have a screen shot which shows our stats of Oct. 1st but for some reason I can't attach a picture here???
The Star Seller dashboard has changed to the Customer Service Stats, If you're 'meeting the standards,' it means you're meeting the customer service standards, as all sellers now need to meet the minimum standards, which is different than star seller.
Your shop has two of the three badges needed for star seller, but you're missing the messages badge. You can download the CSV that will show which messages you didn't respond to in 24 hours.

responding to a message is very important. I missed a message while in the hospital and my percentage dropped from 100% to 83%. This was July. I finally have my % back up, but the 3 month average kept me from Star Seller for October. I would suggest you set up and automatic message for a first contact, I read this counts as a message within the 24 hours. Just follow through ASAP.
