My star seller should have kicked in this month. All sales, 5 star reviews are there. Message replied to instantly for response time in MAY and JUNE. Nothing.

The new month does not start until tomorrow (July 1)  based on USA (New York) time . It is still June 30th here.  Give it a few more hours. (Well, actually minutes , however,  it is not instantaneous.)

Etsy are still working on the badge determinations, it usually doesn't come out until the 2nd or 3rd of the month.  Also, the badge to be awarded for July 1 is based on April, May and June, not just May and June.  You also need to achieve the minimum orders and sales values, and you must have been selling for 90 days since the date of your first sale.
