Star seller messages

I haven't had this issue before, but this month, my message response rate has gone down to 92% (3 messages responded after the 24 hour mark), but what's weird is that I NEVER respond to messages after 24 hours; I always respond within the first day. Why is this happening? First it showed 2, now it's up to 3! I do not understand. I respond to all messages, and within 24 hours. Is there some sort of bug?

It has been rather glitchy in recent weeks, if you contact Etsy  they can manually check it for you

Go to the star seller page and download your messages. It will show which messages were missed.

@CYCJewelry Many don't understand that Etsy SS requires a response to ALL messages from EVERYONE (buyers & sellers alike) ... either respond to or mark ALL messages as spam within 24 hours.  Not to say you have not done this, but ... just a reminder how SS messaging works.
