The calculations for my messages responded to within 24 hours is wrong for my star seller status and the download shows it hasn’t captured my last few days of messages. Will this catch up and rectify itself before the 1st of the month?
@IWantBadges: When you look at the CSV file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.
From what I understand, messages from the last few days of the month don't get counted

Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period
Also, it takes 19 replied to messages to offset each 1 not replied to message. Unless you get a lot of messages, that ratio is pretty hard to beat.
This is helpful! I have lost star seller for two months because my messages aren't high. I missed one message in August and can't get it back up! I even had friends message me and nothing. Stuck at 94% since August.
You might remove your comment about friends. Manipulating star seller data is grounds for permanent badge removal.
