In September, out of only two messages, I was late in replying to one by 35 minutes. One late message, but it gives a response rate of 50%.
I have not received any news in October and November. Most likely because everything is clear and understandable to the customer in my store. Why have I not been able to qualify as a star seller for two months now because of this late reply from September?!
