So none of my orders are tracked, this is all stated in my delivery options. Yet some of orders are listed as having no tracking so it effects by star seller status... How is this possible when none of them are tracked, so no tracking can be missing? I don't understand...
Whether or not you choose to offer tracking, Etsy expects you to add it for orders over £10 to qualify for star seller. Any orders you send over £10 without tracking will show as missing tracking.
Being in the UK I believe you have a minimum that doesn't require tracking, like equivalent to $10 or so. Looking at your items most things would fall under this amount. Do you ever get orders for multiple items? That would put you over that exception and would require tracking.
