I had two orders over Memorial Day weekend and Etsy is showing that they should have shipped on Monday, Memorial Day, but that was a holiday and the post office was closed.
You can’t get it ‘fixed’. Etsy doesn’t take any holidays in any country into account. You either have to change your processing time before a holiday or push out the dispatch date on individual orders. It’s always been this way.
