I've been trying for months to get star seller status, finally thought I'd get it for May and it hasn't happened.
Etsy didn't add on the percentage from the item I last dispatched in April. On Fri 28th April I dispatched my final item, way before it should of been dispatched, to ensure my star seller status for May. Etsy didn't add the 3% on for dispatching that item until today, bringing up to 96% ,frustratingly this should of happened friday... sadly meaning I didn't get star seller for May...although I actually should of its just the data wasn't inputed for the month of April which seems backwards.
How can I speak to Etsy or get in contact with someone regarding this?

We've double-checked the last order you've received and shipped last April 2023, and we can confirm that it has been counted towards your previous review period. However, your On-Time shipping & tracking metric is still at 93%. This is because, only 41(out of 44) orders were shipped on time and with valid tracking number. As a result, you didn't receive the Smooth shipping badge.
You may check your performance for the previous review period by downloading the CSV file of your On-Time Shipping & Tracking. You can do this by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > click the On time shipping & tracking tile > click the ‘Download’ link.

Was the ship by date for that order, in May?
No the dispatch was for April 30, thanks for your reply.
April 30th was Sunday. Shipping is not available, so I've never seen them have a ship-by date on the weekend. If it was actually due to ship by Sunday, then that is the glitch.
The last few days in April do not count for May. They will count for June.
The last two to three days of any month do not count for the very next month. Those stats are included for the following months.

What exactly was wrong with my comment that you decided you needed to message me about how rude I was? I said if the item was actually due to ship on the 30th then that was a glitch, because ship-by dates are never on the weekend. And if they are, then it's a glitch. What exactly is wrong with saying that?
Just FYI, I appreciate your help on the forum. You seem to be under attack today. : (
Thank you! I'll be the first to admit I can be rude at times, but I honestly didn't understand this one. The part in the shipping states that weekends are never counted towards ship-by dates, but holidays may be. So if the ship-by was actually on a weekend, then it's a legit glitch on Etsy's end. That's all.
Your advice was helpful it was how it came accross as a first time forum user looking for advice. Also I had no option to reply although I did with all the other replies hence the message, I have no idea why I can now reply to you. If I knew how to close this forum I would as I feel the advice I needed has been given. Thanks again everyone.
