Star seller “download message history” not calculating end of august

I downloaded my “Diane las message history” for my response and it does not show my end of august messages, I am at 92% but those messages should have raised me to the 95%. I have my other badges just missing this one but it didn’t calculate all my august messages.

etsy doesn't often count the last couple of days, they are rolled over to the next month

so you would probably have had the ones from end may rolled over too.
