I’m having an issue with my dispatch info for star seller not updating. I’ve had 79 orders, used tracked postage purchased through Etsy shipping and it’s showing I have no eligible data. It hasn’t updated for a couple of weeks now and is still showing -%. I’ve also tried to contact Etsy and they told me it will update when I have orders! I think there’s a technical issue but no one seems to want to help! does anyone have any advice please?
@PerfectlyEdged: The applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page will show you exactly which orders Etsy is using for the calculation. As @CappuccinoLace said, if there are no physical orders during the three month Star Seller period there is nothing for Etsy to do calculations on.
@NanaLetha: Thank you for teaching me something new - you can always learn in this forum. I knew that instant downloads did not dilute your shipping percentage but not that they actually counted positively. Out of curiosity, are they included in the CSV file? And would 19 instant downloads offset 1 physical order shipped late to keep you at 95%?
"On time shipping & tracking will be reviewed on sales of physical items only. Digital download orders aren’t taken into account for on time shipping & tracking for Star Seller, but will still count towards your other metrics. "
