In looking at my star seller stats, I see that my shipping catagory is incorrect. I am meticulous in obtaining, and recording tracking numbers on all of my orders, and my percentage went down and it states that I am missing tracking number on 1 order. I reviewed all my orders, and every one has tracking listed other than 2 that are cancelled orders. Thought those cancelled orders didn't count toward our progress?

@WeeWhimsicalDesigns: Are you basing this on the appropriate CSV file? Are you sure that it is not some other order that Etsy considers shipped without tracking? An order that has been cancelled (not just refunded) should not be included in Star Seller calculations.

I only have two orders in all history that show cancelled, not just refunded. Every other order completed and shipped has a tracking number attached to it.
