Star seller completely inaccurate amd other issues

hello, I'm noticing major inconsistencies with my shop lately that make no sense, like getting "orders" that show up on my dash, add to the daily revenue on the dash board and then disappear out of nowhere randomly. Cart adds that come and go in random numbers out of the blue and minute by minute. super high views but very oddly lows visits out of nowhere at all when my shop has previously had no issues with this. Also last night I checked my stats in my star seller section, and was at a 4.7 for reviews and received 8 5 star reviews yesterday, nothing negative at all and then suddenly I log in today to see if i got star seller and somehow my reviews rating has dropped to 4.6 when all i've gotten in the last week alone are 5 star reviews. My shop has been behaving very strangely and buggy and I need to make sure everything is working correctly as I am a single mother and Etsy is my livelihood

It's your reviews that are stopping you from getting star seller. Go thru your reviews for Jul, Aug and Sep and you will see why.

what happens  is all your reviews from june just dropped off. So now you need to get more 5 stars.

@AriaMia: The October star is for the period of July, August and September.  Remember that the stats you now see on your dashboard are for the November star (August, September, and October). I have the same problem, just lost my star seller status. The evaluation says i have 4 5 star and 1 3 star reviews. But i have 11 5 star reviews only. It brought my average down with false stats.

I see now. It looked 5 star through my screen, the full star filling is slightly different from non full stars. Thank you for pointing that out. I thought the star needed have an empty center to show that it wasn't full. I have seen this in other shops.
