Have 90 days passed since your first sale? That’s a requirement, too.

If you first order was Oct. 13th it's only been 80 days. You aren't eligible for star seller yet.
@MARIYARUGHOUSE: "... I got my first order 13 October ..." Star Seller is calculated only on the first of the month, and on that day your first sale must have been more than 90 days earlier.
Make sure that you're looking at the "Last Review Period" tab, not the "Current Review Period" tab.
In addition to the sales and service requirements, there are other issues which might affect one's SS status.
I recommend you read the SS rules very closely.
