Why does my star seller report 100% seller response but no reply /message badge?
You are most likely looking at the CURRENT review period instead of the LAST calculated one, from last month.

You need to qualify with all 3 categories in order to get the "badge" : Response (95%), Average rating (Feedback 4.8), Shipping on time. (95%)
