Anyone know how to correct an erroneous shipping stat for the star seller badge? I'm not getting one for February because, it says, my shipping isn't good- geez, and I thought 100% was good. The rest of my badges are at 100%. What can I do?

We've double-checked your Star Seller, and we can confirm that you currently have 100% for the On-Time Shipping & Tracking metric. Please remember that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for this score to update.
Kindly know that when calculating Star Seller status at the end of the month, we use UTC, and not the seller's local time zone. This may be confusing because the messages and shipping CSVs are converted to a seller's own time zone, but the cut-off for reviews and shipping details to be considered in a seller's status is 11:59pm UTC on the last day of the month.
Additionally, messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period. Are you using tracking?
Where you see the 100% for shipping - is that your tracker for the next one, being issued March 1st? That's the one that shows on your dashboard so you know what you're working towards. If you want to see why you don't currently have it you need to click on the 'last review period' tab.
I clicked on the last review period tab, and have 100% on shipping and tracking. I wish Etsy had a contact person who dealt with this. Thanks for your answer!
I'm in the same boat, it seems if you ship the 31st of the month, they cut off their reports early so even though you ship on time their system says otherwise.
