Star seller badge removed

My star seller badge was removed because I had one message from a store I bought something from that wasn’t responded to.  Not a buyer. 
it was a thank you for buying a mock up automated message.  I didn’t respond but left feedback for the store.  
this was the only message I didn’t respond to in under 24 hours.

Mark the message as spam to see if the Star updates.  We must either respond to all initial messages or send them to spam.

All messages count. Read the rules on your Star Seller Dashboard. Etsy does not read/interpret the content of messages. There are hundreds (maybe thousands) of Forum threads with the exact same Star Seller issue.
