Star seller badge not awarded when it should have been.

It says 4 off my orders we’re not dispatched on time and without tracking, but when I check, I dispatched on time and all 4 have tracking as I don’t send anything without tracking. 

i started using their new app and it’s just not the same. Delayed, glitching when trying to add videos and just over all worse than the old one. 

i did everything right to earn the star seller badge and it seems like some glitch in their data is not allowing me to become one. 
as I said, I sent all 4 packages on time and I have tracking for all the items…

@AllStarAutographs Several of us have had the same experience.  Unfortunately all the veteran posters can do is tell us that Etsy won't do anything about it.  

There are several threads that have some good information but also lots of posts where the veteran sellers insist that there are no problem on Etsy's end and it's all user error.  I found it helpful to read them, but at the end of the day, I'm confident that it's an Etsy processing glitch that is to blame in my case (which sounds exactly like yours.)
