It has been very frustrating keeping Star Seller badge when I had hundred of orders coming during the sale.
I did ship every single order IN TIME, updating shipping information late at night, after working hours but now I can see that I lost shipping badge and message badge. All shipping was done IN TIME ( Australian time ). I received over 10 new messages in November, but the message statistics indicates that I have 9 messages over 3 months and one late message. I don't understand how it can be 9 messages over 3 months, when I have over 12 NEW messages from people that never contacted me before just in November.
