Star seller badge bug

Hallo! I really have a problem with my star seller badge for April.

It shows that i have a message response rate 67% cause according to it, i had 3 in total messages and i answered 1 after 24 hours.

But the truth is i have many more messages for first and all in time answered.

Please check my shop in time cause i really deserve to be a star seller and the benefits are so important to me.

I have screenshots for proof.

The badge is not monthly - it's over a 3 month period and it takes 19 answered messages to 1 unanswered to get 95% over the 3 month period.

I know but in this latest 3 months period i have a lot more messages that 3. About 22 and 1 unanswered.But it shows only 3 messages and 1 unanswered.It is bugged.I can't find how to upload a screenshot showing that.

The metric is percentage based. If you only received 3 messaged, that one you answered 'late' accounts for a third of your messages. The percentage is correct. If you can't get to your messages in 24hrs, perhaps set up the auto reply.

Yes ty i already did! The problem is that i have 22 messages and not 3.And only one answered after 24 hours.The bug is showing wrong number of messages

We’re all those 22 messages new ones or ongoing messages, they have to be new to count.

Νo my friend.Thanks for your concerns.I so hope to solve this out cause i really don't want to loose the star seller due to a bug.I think it's unfair

Mine shows I've had no messages which isn't correct. Pointless!

Hello @kickassisters,

We've double-checked your Star Seller for the previous review period(January - March 2023), and we can confirm that you've received a total of 14 messages eligible for this review period. Please know that messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalized for messages received late on the final day of the review period.

GieseDeseiGns They are all new and i counted them and they are more than 22.But only shows 3.I wonder why?

As of the moment, the Star Seller badge will allow you to stand out from the crowd and help buyers to easily identify you as a Star Seller shop. The badge will let buyers know your shop has a proven record of consistently offering a great customer experience; the badge itself is a perk that has the potential to get you more sales. Other benefits that come with being a Star Seller include more chances to be featured in Etsy buyer marketing and with that, another opportunity for increased sales.
