Star seller award

I am deemed as uneligible for the star seller as your site says my star rating does not exist?

My store has a 5 star rating form everyone who has reviewed it so why are you preventing me from being able to get the star seller when every other category has a check mark against it?

There are other criteria for the Star Seller besides just the reviews.  I'm guessing you are a newer shop, or haven't met the minimum in sales and revenue?

@PriceFineArtShop: Your shop's star rating (as shown on the shop home page) is for the past twelve months - star seller is for the past THREE months (September, October, and November for December star) and it appears that you have had no reviews during that three month period.
