Star seller Message response score incorrect

Hi, 

My star seller stats are wrong for this month. It says a missed the 24hr window for 1 message but when I downloaded the data its within 24hrs. 

Message sent on 29.10.22 at 15.44.53 and I responded on 30.10.22 at 14.57.13. I get its close but its still with 24hrs!

How can I get this rectified?

I'm having the same problem.  I answered 4 messages promptly on the 30th but my stats haven't updated.

I found all last month that stats were very slow to update.

Same here. I sent screenshots with my reply in time, but no response from Etsy. I even refunded the customer and lost my star for my not replying in time. Oh, well. I lost it again this month because a customer ordered my vintage magazines and gave me one star because I sent her “old” magazines. Does she know the definition of vintage? The star program stinks.

I had this issue when I respond on my Etsy App on my Iphone. I have to respond with my PC. I have never ever responded late. Now that I don't respond with my Iphone App I have a perfect score. Not sure why.

This!!!  I responded through the app on my phone and it didn't register, so I was wondering why the person didn't respond back again, and voila, nothing showed up-only that it was unanswered!  so I got dinged....

This is one of the reasons Why I've accepted 'change what I can' and let the rest go..... for Me, it's just too stressful for anything else.....

STATS DIDIN'T UPDATE DAYS!!!! I know for a fact that I replied to multiple messages withing 2 hours since 10/28 and the number never changed! IT IS RIGGED!

just put your messages in your spam folder , then you will have your %

Based on our analysis of the CSV files, it appears that messages are assigned to the month that the 24 hour reply window ends (not when the message was received or answered) and orders are assigned to the month that they are scheduled to ship by (not when they were placed or shipped). And dates are determined by UTC not the sellers timezone.

Me again. I had a little talk with etsy about this. Stats can be slow to update on our end, but they are calculated correctly at the end of the month when Etsy evaluates if you get star seller. (My stats showed me I hadn't achieved 95% but Etsy saw I did and gave me ️ seller.) It's funny how, after I chat with etsy, my stats "magically " update a day later.

I sent emails and did not chat. I had no response. And my score actually made it down when nothing had changed.
