This is not a technical issue it's just the way it is. Since May because of one bad review I am guessing if you can't have the customer change the review you are never going to get a star again even though I have gotten all 5 star reviews in June and July they did not give me star seller. Same thing now in Aug. The review was because the woman simply did not like the bench and wanted her money back but keep the bench too. Etsy said I should do whatever it takes to hopefully have her change the review. Heck no.....This bench is my top seller and I always get 5 star reviews for them. So I am residing to living with 2 stars. I got enough stars in 2nd grade to last a lifetime.
@SmashingGold: If you look at your Star Seller dashboard, the current numbers should be for your September Star (June, July, and August data). If you click on any of the cards it will give you additional information for that metric. The "Previous Period" tab will show you what the August Star was based on.
If the bad review was in May, you should be eligible for September Star Seller Badge if everything else is in line.
September badge will be based on June, July and August.
@MockiesPlace One bad review would not eliminate you from Star Seller. Something else is going on.
Sure it would. If that one review lowers your average to below 4.8 then you won't get the Rave Reviews badge which would eliminate the Star Seller badge.
OP has the Smooth Shipping badge and the Speedy Replies badge. They don't have the Rave Reviews badge because the 1 star review they got in May lowered their average to a 4.5.
As of this morning- they are still carrying over all the old numbers from the last review period and took away a star seller badge I should get but said it's not their fault for the technical issue, and the support left me on hold after saying "hello" for 45 minutes. Good luck, they do not care about you, sorry friend.
