I had one message from a customer and responded within 15 minutes, There was only one message yet the csv file says there were two messages. I can only see one message, even now.
I't not going to be easy to achieve the required response rate if the data is getting messed up. Please fix it or tell me how I am supposed to reply to messages I was never notified about and cannot see.
You recently raised your commission rates a lot, promising to make lots of changes. I hope you can spend some of the extra money fixing things like this which are incredibly frustrating for your hard-working customers.
Etsy is not here. You need to contact them directly.
Check your messages to see if one was missed. It's possible your buyer sent two. If you find the 2nd one and it is the same message, spam it. Or were the time dates different? Maybe you missed an earlier request?

Etsy doesn't respond to Messages on the Forum. It's Sellers helping each other. If I may suggest, when you downloaded the CSV, just make sure you are on the current one (which grades us for March, April, May. And you would get the Star or not on June 1). If you see a Message that claims you did not answer it, mark it as spam. And your score should go up soon.

ETA: After I recommended downloading the CSV File for Messages, I went to my own Star Seller Page. I have no Messages, but wanted to see where the CSV file was. And couldn't find it. I don't know if it's due to the fact that I have no Messages.
