Hello, I have received 100% on Shipping, 100% on Messages and 4.9% on Rave Reviews. I received an email today telling me to keep trying to meet goals but I have already exceeded the expectations. Is there a reason why I did not qualify for Rave reviews or Star Stella? I worked really hard on this to meet these goals but the outcome is shocking. I have had a good rating prior to the end of February. The email states I didn’t meet Rave Reviews and Star Stella but I got a badge for customer service. I am so confuse. Please advise

Hi, One of the Star Seller Metrics is you have to meet 10 Sales, $300.00. Were you able to reach that?

ETA: That would be for the months of Nov., Dec., Jan.

It's 5 sales now.

And they have 2 of the mini badges, so they met those requirements.

The review period for February is Nov, Dec and Jan. You received many reviews that were less than 5 stars.

Click on last review period to see your scores for the Feb badge.

SS is only issued on the first of the month. 

You did not have the 4.8+ review average as of February 1st. 

What you are seeing is likely for the next review period, which won't be issued until March 1st. 

To get details about the current SS, you need to click on 'Last review period'. That is where you will see the stats for the badges currently showing or not showing in your shop.
