Star Seller

Hi team, 

I've been a star seller multiple months in a row and somehow now lost this star seller status. I don't understand why because I'm meeting all the criteria. However, is it possible that if you simply don't have messages or sales in a month that the stat goes to 0% and therefore you lose your status as star seller although that's out of your power? I'd love to better understand this.

Apologies! I just found it: You’re eligible to become a Star Seller starting 90 days after your first sale – as long as you’ve met our customer service standards for the month, and received at least 5 orders and $300 in sales over the past 3 months.
Is this a new thing?

@CoastCreationStudio it's been like that since the creation of the star seller program, however I think they lowered the number of orders required.

If you don't get any messages within the 3 month period, then that does not affect star seller status.

If you don't get any orders within the 3 month period then you will not be eligible for star seller for that month even if you meet the other criteria.
