ich habe diesen Monat zum ersten Mal weniger als 95% für den Star seller für den Versand.
obwohl ich alles genau gleich mache seit April 22.
In der Übersicht der Bestellungen steht das Tracking fehlt und in der Bestellung ist es gelistet. Ich tippe auf ein technisches Problem
nach dem Chat wurde mir geraten mich hier zu melden.
keine Ahnung ob das was bringt.

@joshy2022: "I suspect a technical problem" You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service (Star Seller) page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
The Star Seller metrics are 1) shipped on time, 2) shipped with verifiable tracking, and 3) the order has a processing time.
Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.
You have dozens of trademarked items (Star Wars, The Simpsons, Harry Potter and more), and no mention of your license anywhere. You need a license to sell such items. Otherwise it's IP infringement that puts not just your SS badges, but your entire shop at risk.
