I had an order come in on August 31st that put me over where I needed to be for Star Seller sales for the month. My total never updated and now it says that I didn't qualify for September. Is there any way to have this reevaluated?

Basically no.  If an order misses the end of month calculation Etsy has said they will not manually adjust after the 1st of the month allocation of badges.  The order will count for next month.

@StarCreekCreations  :  First, you have entered the dreaded time zone trap. It seems that Etsy uses UTC for most things, but many "reports" are based on your time zone. August 31 to you may be September 1 to Etsy. Secondly, looking at other posts in this forum it seems that the last few days of a month routinely get rolled into the next month when doing Star Seller calculations.

Hey there!

We determine what orders are included in the On-time shipping calculation by the order’s Ship By Date in UTC. So if the order was made on August 31 but the ship-by date is already September 1 and up it will be included in the next review. period.
