I have never shipped an order late. The 100 hundred eligible orders say that 6 orders don't have tracking. All my orders have tracking. My stats have been miscalculated.

To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as no tracking you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown.
Please double-check the tracking information for the orders that were dinged. The number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number.
Make sure that the tracking number added shows tracking events on the carrier website and especially on our tracking partner Aftership. If it doesn't show tracking events on the carrier website and in Aftership it will be invalid on Etsy. Please check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

@JazzyCatSublimation This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here).
Are you getting the "6 orders don't have tracking" from the CSV file? When did these orders ship? Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that after a day or two the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
Did you ship outside your processing time frame? Did you take the package in to be scanned by USPS? Are the items say pre-transit or in-transit. If pre they have not been scanned but that doesn't mean they aren't moving.
Sometimes Etsy's software does not track. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for the tracking to show.
This is peer to peer. You can contact Etsy and ask about it.
BTW, if you ship internationally you need to accept returns and have a privacy policy.

One thing that some sellers miss is when they ship multiple orders in a single shipment. You have to manually copy the tracking number from the original order to all the other orders shipped with it. If you don't do that, you will be dinged.
