Star Seller

Hi

My Star Seller is posting that I did not answer within the 24 hr period.  This was an on going conversation that I got dinged for..Not once, but about 6 times.  It took my score from 94 to 78.  How can I get this corrected?

@SandyToezJewelry  If it was an ongoing conversation, it must have involved the customer starting different conversation threads.  You can still mark them as spam, and it should bring back you Star Seller metric.

* Marking messages as Spam doesn't seem to prevent any future messages from that user showing up as regular messages, in my experience.
