Star Seller

Last week, in my star seller shipping stats, it showed 93% of 15 eligible orders shipped on time. This week I sent out 3 more couches with Etsy shipping labels. Each are marked in transit. 

My stats now say that 94% of 16 eligible orders were shipped on time. 

Why is this not showing the statistics for the other two orders that shipped on the same day? I always use Etsy shipping labels and really don't want to miss out on Star Seller.

Excuse me, I shipped 4 new orders. So it should show the % of that shipped on time out of 19. 

Why is it still only showing out of 16 when I shipped 4 and not 1?

The USPS does not inform and update Etsy records.  Etsy retrieves shipping info from USPS and updates.  This process usually takes 24 - 48 hours. 'In transit" means items have been received by USPS, scanned and are on their way. 

Be patient for a little more time..........then panic.
