I marked an order complete and a minute later the customer cancelled so I did a refund. I had already marked it complete and did not ship so now it put the order in as shipped with out tracking and I missed my star seller now. Can I mark it cancelled now after I refunded or will it refund her again?

You do have to cancel it anyway.  It will not refund again.  You'll get your fees returned after cancelling.

How long ago did you refund without cancelling? If it was under 3 days, then the system may accept the cancellation in time for the SSP stats to update - as long as your actual "Ships By" date has not expired. If the "Ships By" date has passed, updating will not correct the SSP Tracking stats, but it will move it to Complete on your Orders page.
