Etsy is showing an order as not on time shipping. The order was placed on May 30th and shipped on May 31st. No customer support for these kind of problems.
Did you use an Etsy label?
The on time shipping criteria requires tracking that Etsy can follow, preferably Etsy shipping labels because they can see when you purchase a label and accept that as accurate. If you ship through the PO directly, or use another service, Etsy cannot always see the tracking entries.
Did you mark the order as complete and include tracking?
