New month and again I didn't get Star Seller status. Etsy counted all the metrics today and even though I have 100% on time shipping and response speed and also 5 out of 5 stars reviews, I somehow don't deserve a Star Seller.
Last month, Etsy didn't take into account two timely responses to messages in late September and stripped me of the award as well. Is this already discrimination or is it still a bug?

I am having this problem as well. I submitted a bug report with the dashboard. Hopefully they get it fixed ASAP
You have your message badge but not the dispatch. Download your stats and check your order page and make sure that none of the tracking got stuck in pre-transit
But if some of orders have "pre transit" why Etsy shows to me 100% on time shipping in time? It's a bug!
I'm not 100% positive, but Estonia may be one of the places where Etsy can't verify your tracking numbers through your local postal service. Only the carriers that are supported through Aftership (there are currently 1,182 of them, and that list is still growing) will count towards the verified tracking on Etsy's end. You can search for who they support, or if you tell me the name, I can check the list of carriers (I'd give you the link, but it will just get deleted).
Maybe this is the reason why Etsy shows that 6 orders don't have a tracking numbers. It was orders from EU. So, this is discrimination because Etsy don't want to see the tracks of Estonian Post.
I wouldn't call it discrimination, per say. With millions of sellers in over 100 countries, it's impossible for them to manually verify all shipments and tracking, so they need to use a service that does it. The service they use, which is probably the most comprehensive one available, still does not have 100% coverage of all carriers in the world. But the number of carriers they can verify is steadily rising. There's no reason to think Estonia Post won't eventually make it onto their list.
In the meantime, if this is important to you, then you need to find a carrier that is on the list that you can use, like DHL or FedEx.
DHL and Fedex cost more than hundred $ from Estonia to US. Is so hard for Etsy to add all official EU state mails to the list? I can't use DHL or Fedex for 30$ orders. And Etsy very recommended Free Shipping
I had it last month to see if it changed anything. Had zero Canadian orders. Removed it and have my Canadian customers back. I wouldn't stress about it
Did you meet the requirement of receiving at least 5 orders and $300 in sales over the past three months?
They must have, as they have 2 badges, and you don't get any until you meet the sales minimums first.

Is Etsy able to confirm shipping for the Netherlands? I shipped an order last month, with tracking, and it shows no tracking on my order list.
The customer received the item and left me a review already. This is a bit frustrating!
I didn't get the star seller either. I have 5 orders and over 300$ only in the last month and I have 100% in all the categories. Now it says I have 2 order and about 18$. Where can I get some help to fix this?
They took down 2 of my AI and elements I added to my own design I created ( no wording on it ) was for my POD handbag.. With in 10 seconds of posting they removed them. 2 days later I had a banner they took away all my badges I was going to be a star seller the following month. I fought it for 2 months sent emails and proof of my AI prompts and Kittl elements I added . Was my design they told me "I was reselling handbags and was not creative and they don't do POD..?? I work with a production partner and they are brand newly made. I even filled a BBB compliant for targeting my shop and my creative skills I did nothing wrong. Never heard back.. I make about 50 sales a month without the badges, but I earned them.. Etsy needs to train and educate their support people and treat sellers with respect and actual LISTEN. Instead of using auto bot's.
