We are showing 75% for star seller on shipping. Some items show as pretransit on etsy but usps tracking shows delivered or in transit. I see others are having similar issue. Mainly posting because so far it is still not resolved.

Our team has pushed a fixed to prevent new orders with valid USPS tracking from getting stuck in 'pre-transit' when there's tracking activity accessible. However, we're still working on updating orders currently stuck showing as 'pre-transit' so they won't have any negative impact on things like Shipping Score.
On the other hand, looking into the orders affecting your Star Sellers, we can confirm that the tracking events are now showing on Etsy. Please know that it may take about 24 hours for the On-Time Shipping to update.

At this point you have to contact Etsy Chat with your Etsy order # and they will clear all orders “Delivered”. I don’t believe this will happen retroactively so just do it. They can’t help with orders still in transit but anything delivered they can “refresh” and your Star Seller will reflect it within 24 hrs.

I've been having this issue since last October! It has affected my Star Seller rating. What do I do to resolve it? Who exactly do I contact? I'm not understanding this.
@PeachyChicBoutique If your orders were "Delivered" and say "Pre-Transit , Go to your Shop Manager Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us > Selling On Etsy > Shipping > Shipping A Buyer's Order > (at the bottom>) I Still Need Help. Have all of your Order Numbers ready (that are in Pre-Transit) to provide to Chat Support. If you need further help please let us know.

Thank you SO much for your help! God bless you is all I can say. I have tried to deal with etsy on this issue for the last few months but they refused to acknowledge this issue was on their side. So happy to see this thread come up, not that others have this problem too, but that etsy is finally dealing with this glitch. I had 74 orders that were delivered listed as "pre-transit." Many have already left me 5 star feed back on my shipping. When this started my etsy shipping score was at 99% & has gone down to 16%! Every time I ship an order my score goes lower. I did as you suggested & got a call from etsy that they are aware of this & will work to fix it. Fingers-crossed they do!
