I provide the tracking number for all of my Etsy orders shipped. 
One order is still saying pre-transit. When I click on the tracking number on the Etsy order page is says not found. 
When I click on the tracking number on the USPS website it says delivered. 
How can I change it on my Etsy order page to show it was delivered? 
This is effecting my star seller status.

You can't. You will have to wait for Etsy to catch up.

Did you make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. An unsupported shipper and / or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
